    Erinn Connolly

    FOUNDER + ORGANIZER

    Between running a business + two busy, sports-loving girls all over the state, Erinn knows first hand how quickly clutter can become chaos.

    By creating long lasting organizational systems that are easy to maintain, she has been able to create routines, that make it easy to restore the peace and enjoy her home. Allowing her family to spend more time doing the things they love.

    Erinn’s background as an Operations Analyst helped shape her skillset of problem solving, analytical skills, and creative thinking. It is with these same skills, she is able to provide the functional solutions to our clients’ needs.

    Katie Felton

    LEAD ORGANIZER

    Katie is from Wilmington, DE and graduate of University of Delaware and University of Georgia. She began her career as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab. After taking time off to raise her two boys and support her husband through his residency programs, her family settled in the Carolinas calling Fort Mill home.

    When Katie isn’t organizing she is reading, watching Georgia football, exercising, or trying to keep up with her two boys and adorable, but poorly behaved goldendoodle, Teddy.

    Her favorite space to organize is a pantry and her organizing super power is her passion for client care.

    Michelle is from Baltimore, MD and graduate of NC State University.

    When Michelle isn’t organizing she can be found outdoors running, hiking, biking or simply sitting on the porch with a good book. She priortizes her wellness and yoga practice. Michelle and her husband are the parents of two very active teenage boys. Whether it's off to work, various sporting events or the occasional fun activity, they are always on the go.

    Her favorite space to organize is a pantry and her organizing super power is helping create a beautiful and organized space that works for the client.

    Sarah is from Bristol, CT and graduate of University of Connecticut, with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies. She settled in the Charlotte area in 2014 and worked with Atrium.

    When Sarah isn’t organizing she is can be found at Barre3 Fort Mill, the Anne Springs greenway, or spending time with friends & family.

    Her favorite space to organize is a playroom and her organizing super power is her ability to multitask and create streamlined systems for our clients.

    Shellie is from Brooklyn, MI and graduated from Western Michigan University with a major in education. She spent 12 years teaching and still loves to substitute and volunteer in the classroom. She has been married for 25 years and has two sons, one in high school and one in college.

    When Shelle isn’t organizing she is can be found spending time with friends & family, trail hikes, and playing card games. She also enjoys tutoring students and volunteering in the community.

    Her favorite spaces to organize are playrooms and garages. Her organizing super power is her ability to micro-organize & assemble furniture.
